Sales Enablement Program Manager:
Sales Enablement entails providing the sales organization with the resources it needs generate more revenue. Netsmart’s Sales Enablement Program Manager owns the delivery of content, tools and programs to support the sales process and equip our Client Organization to sell across the buyer’s journey. The Sales Enablement Program Manager will partner with Client Organization, Marketing, Sales Operations and Associate Training & Development to prioritize needs, scope content and program deliverables and manage the development process through execution, measurement and optimization. This is a strategic and collaborative role that requires marketing and demand creation acumen with an ability to translate knowledge into how Client Organization associates will use it. 
  • Act as a liaison between Client Organization, Marketing and Product teams.
  • Coordinate with Client Organization leadership and executive management to define and prioritize sales support initiatives.
  • Scope content and sales programs needed to support the prioritized sales support initiatives. 
  • Build and execute sales programs designed around specific and measurable bookings targets, both for new business and existing client growth. 
  • Create and/or aggregate written content to enable sales and advance deals such as sales playbooks, case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
  • Collaborate with Associate Training & Development to execute training on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials as well as internal certification training tied to targeted sales programs. 
  • Assist with demand creation tactics being initiated by the Client Organization, staying closely aligned with Netsmart’s demand generation practice. 
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from the Client Organization.
  • Align closely with Sales Operations along the full sales cycle to map content and programs to the sales process. 
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Determine content and sales program adoption metrics and measures for success.
  • Regularly report on adoption and program success, enforcing accountability and driving continuous improvement efforts.
  • Define sales enablement best practices.
  • Conduct and report on market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Gather feedback from Client Organization, Marketing and Product teams on a regular basis to continuously improve support content and programs.
  • Ensure accurate, timely execution of all content and programs with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing or sales for business-to-business; software, technology and Healthcare IT experience a plus
  • Experience in sales or a sales support role is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the highly complex business-to-business sales process and buyer’s journey
  • Familiarity with CRM software; experience a plus
  • Project management, coordination, process improvement and presentation skills are a must
  • Excellent writing skills; marketing content and sales collateral creation experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, execution, follow-through and a strong focus on quality 
  • Goal/results-oriented and self-starter who works well autonomously
  • Analytical, creative, strategic, problem-solving and technical mindset
  • Comfort with pulling reports and analyzing numbers
  • Ability to weed through volumes of information and boil it down to succinct messaging and content
  • Excellent ability to prioritize and manage the execution of numerous programs simultaneously
  • Team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship management skills; must demonstrate experience working in a team environment, particularly with marketing, sales and product teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
