We are seeking a highly effective learning program manager to join the Learning and Development team. This role will be an integral part of the team whose primary responsibilities will be focused on supporting the development and implementation of the Netsmart learning ecosystem.  This includes direct involvement in the administration of the learning management system along with the development of learning paths that support the professional growth of all associates.  Day to day activities could include content development, assessment administration, course management through scheduling and follow up, as well as session facilitation.

 Roles/Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather key information needed to develop, coordinate and at times deliver training programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for learning sessions ensuring all associates complete pre-learning activities, session learning objectives are met and follow up with learners is complete
  • Track and report learning and development costs related to training logistics and delivery, reporting to Learning and Development director to ensure alignment with overall budgets and goals of Netsmarts learning objectives
  • Work with learning strategists and department leads to develop and maintain a holistic view into all available learning opportunities
  • Collaborate with the learning team and key stakeholders to develop reports on key training metrics to measure effectiveness
  • Administer and maintain the learning management system
  • Seek opportunities to continuously improve training deliverables and processes in creative ways.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • 1-3 years of professional training and/or learning development experience preferred
  • Clear concise communication skills. Written, verbal, and presentation
  • Self-directed with demonstrated high levels of productivity. Able to manage many projects, with minimal supervision, simultaneously with a positive attitude ensuring attention to detail, and accuracy within the required timeframe
  • Ability to work at a computer greater than 6 hours a day
