Job Description

The General Manager will have a broad set of objectives and responsibilities including the following:

o   Plan, develop and implement the business strategy for the portfolio, inclusive of population health, care coordination, referral management solutions.   

o   Oversee a P&L and work across the Netsmart matrix organization to operationalize the plan to achieve objectives

o   Provide executive leadership and management for product commercialization (definition & development), sales, services, implementation and support

o   Work with shared services team to define, and grow market share and solution suite within targeted markets across client base

o   Contribute to the development of Netsmart Technologies’ overall strategy, serving as a key member of the business’ executive management team 

o   Create a well-disciplined operating environment resulting in a highly efficient and client focused model; tracks business performance, ultimately driving the highest levels of client satisfaction

o   Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial, quality, engineering and operational performance

o   Ensure activities meet organizational requirements for quality management

o   Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all associates, clients, suppliers and partners 

o   Develop and implement strategic business plans to provide for long-term business growth

o   Provide leadership through an entrepreneurial, visionary approach that promotes best practices, market-driven  analysis of product strategy and customer focus 

o   Work closely with key clients to fully understand their current and future needs; possess the executive presence for successful customer interaction
