We have tripled in size over the last 5 years alone through organic growth and multiple acquisitions. With focus on continuing this aggressive growth, we are looking for a Digital Content Manager to enhance our Marketing team.

The Digital Content Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the content on and are current, fresh and engaging. This role will not be responsible for writing the content, rather drive the need for the creating. This role will also manage Netsmart’s SEO and PPC campaigns, including creating strategic recommendations and executing those plans in conjunction with other cross-collaborative teams within Marketing. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Communications. This position will: 

  • Create and drive a content management strategy for and and all other marketing activities. 
  • Develop and execute strategies on search engine optimization and PPC, using tags, keywords, keyword phrases, meta descriptions and content for optimal positioning. 
  • Design ROI reporting processes for corporate communications team.
  • Other projects and tasks, as needed.

Requirements for Success: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the digital marketing/content space
  • Strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Effective project leadership skills with the ability to changes directions quickly as dictated by business needs
  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Results driven, with a focus on driving maximum business impact
  • Extreme attention to detail
