Position Summary:

  • Responsible for managing the day to day interactions with key 3rd party partners
  • Build strong rapport and relationships with the 3rd party partners through frequent visits and calls
  • Monitor and respond to client communications as they reflect in a positive fashion, or in areas of opportunity
  • Lead the 4D solution planning and development process with internal resources and partner resources

Major Responsibilities:

  • Understand client’s business needs and suggest appropriate solutions to match those needs
  • Owning 3rd party relationships with key solution partners
  • Comprehend client’s business needs and suggest appropriate solutions to match those needs
  • Recruit Connections exhibitors, demonstrations, sponsorships, and speaking engagements with key partners
  • Ensure correct part numbers and pricing remain current and up to date in Sales Force
  • Support accounting and finance on pricing and/or invoicing issues related to 3rd party partner solutions
  • Support and leverage, field marketing, product launches and product demonstrations
  • Continued achievement of Partner sales growth
  • Perform business reviews and metrics analysis of Partner performance
  • Establish and maintain positive and proactive relationships with partner sales reps/management
  • Handle multiple functions and priorities with high level of effectiveness
  • Engage in proactive customer initiatives to provide accounts with proper level of service and support

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of work experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to demonstrate high level of achievement of at least 5 years of experience with technology related solutions, partner management, or sales in the healthcare provider marketplace, with emphasis on behavioral health, public health and other human service settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-Starter
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent contract and proposal development skills
  • Travel as needed (up to 40% of the time)
  • PC Literacy and knowledge of standard office products and sales tools
