The Opportunity:
 
 
Our commitment to innovation and serving our growing client base is driving the fast paced growth of our company. We have tripled in size over the last 5 years through organic growth and multiple acquisitions. With focus on continuing this aggressive growth, we are looking for a Client Alignment Executive (CAE) to enhance our sales organization. 
 
 
The Client Alignment Executive - Post Acute and LTC:
 
 
At Netsmart, the Client Alignment Executive is responsible for the growth, development and management of Netsmart Post-Acute and LTC clients. A critical success factor will be to manage a client’s overall health and satisfaction with Netsmart solutions and services. The ability to connect with the client, identify their business needs, and strategically align those needs with Netsmart solutions by creating a multi-year collaborative roadmap, is the model for success in this role. 
 
Other Key Areas of Focus:
 
  • Achieving performance targets established for the territory, including closing sales opportunities by leveraging your extensive process knowledge and industry software product expertise
  • Proactively managing the health of our client relationships and cultivating new relationships that include C-Level leaders and business counterparts 
  • Working with assigned clients to define goals for the partnership and develop a shared roadmap
  • Effectively partner across the Netsmart organizational matrix to engage the appropriate resources to meet our clients’ needs. This can include partnering with Consulting, Support, Engineering, Training, Marketing, Executive Leadership, etc.  
 
Requirements for Success:
 
 
Here are some additional requirements for the role:
 
  • Minimum of a 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 plus years of sales experience with technology related products or services in the medical services provider marketplace, with an emphasis on home health, hospice and private duty
  • Ability to drive lead generation, develop proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals
  • Demonstrable success in driving significant account growth for multiple clients
  • Preferred experience providing guidance in enterprise software deployments 
  • Preferred knowledge of healthcare, behavioral health, long-term care, hospice and/or home health.
  • Prefer strong working knowledge of Salesforce, but other CRM experience is acceptable 
  • Must be a self-starter and eager to learn, as ongoing acquisition of industry knowledge is expected
  • Up to 50% travel required
